4/6/08 - Race Payouts Now Posted. The race payouts are listed under the Main Event page. We do plan to payout within 5 days after the event so teams will have the money to go to Wheatland, MO for the season opener.
4/5/08 - Send in Race and Camping Forms ASAP. The 2nd Annual Owatonna Off Road Nationals is fast approaching - nearly a month away! Please send in all race and camping forms as soon as possible!!
4/5/08 - Stock & Modified Tough Truck. The 2nd Annual Owatonna Off Road Nationals has now added both Stock and Modified Tough Truck to the event. For details, contact Doug McPherson at Doug@ArenaTrucks.com or Don Williams at (651) 341-6976.

3/13/08 - Congratulations to Stock Truck Driver Craig Metz. Craig is the first to send in his registration for the 2nd Annual Off Road Nationals. This will be Craig's first full season racing Stock Truck, as he leaves his successful career in buggies behind.

Good luck to Craig and his entire crew!

3/2/08 - Stone Lake Oil - Official Oil Supplier. Midwest Motorsports Promotions is proud to announce Stone Lake Oil as the official oil supplier of the 2nd Annual Owatonna Off Road Nationals, featuring Sunoco Race Fuel. A fuel truck will be available at the track on race day and fuel can be purchased onsite.

3/2/08 - Race Entry Forms Now Available. Entry forms for all of the event races are now available for download. The forms are located on the Main Event and Feature Race pages.
2/28/08 - Applebee's Pick 3. Midwest Motorsports Promotions is pleased to announce the Applebee's of Owatonna Pick 3 Event. During the race, spectators will be paired with random drivers. If your driver makes it to the podium, you get the opportunity to meet your driver and you both win Applebee's Gift Cards!
3/16/08 - Snow is Melting and Race Gas is in the Air. The 2nd Annual Owatonna Off Road Nationals is fast approaching. Please be sure to reserve your campsite, get in your entry forms, and start planning for a fun filled weekend of off road racing!

3/15/08 - Payout Schedule Update. There have been several questions with regard to the payout schedule. Payouts will be 100% of all entry fees and we are working to secure sponsors in the coming weeks. The full payout schedule will be complete and ready for posting by April 15th. Please continue to visit this website for payout schedule updates as details are solidified and sponsors are secured.

2/17/08 - Racing Under the Lights. The feature race will start at 6pm and continue through the evening. Spectators will enjoy the excitement and energy that racers exude when racing under the lights! You certainly don't want to miss the 2008 Owatonna Off Road Nationals!
2/16/08 - Outlaw Quad Wars (MN vs. WI Border Battle). New to the Owatonna Off Road Nationals is the Outlaw Quad Wars being run on Saturday, May 17th at high noon. Racers and spectators can now view the latest Owatonna Off Road Nationals race schedule, download camping forms, and more! Information regarding payback and entry fees will be fast coming - keep checking back to our new website for the latest details.

1/25/08 - Midwest Motorsports Promotions is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Owatonna Off Road Nationals. The event will be held on May 16th-17th in Owatonna, MN at the Steele County Fairground's Owatonna Off Road Raceway. We need to keep growing our new race venues and Owatonna needs your help! We have decided in the best interest of racing in the Midwest, to have a non-sanctioned racing event. The town of Owatonna wants you back and a lot of racers want to go back! We intend on racing all classes plus a group from arenatrucks.com. Further information on payback and entry fees will be fast coming.
